I had a fantastic stay at this charming historic home in a peaceful location. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even made a dinner reservation for me at a nearby restaurant. The location in the historic district was perfect for exploring the unique shops and enjoying the local wine and spirits trail. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast served in the sunny and bright dining room, which included plated poached eggs over eggplant, bacon, and potatoes, as well as toast and apple tarts. It was the perfect start to my day on my getaway from Boston.
Nothing to dislike.

We arrived in this quaint New England escape after a scenic drive through the valley. Nestled in a charming historic district, the house exuded classic charm. Our room, the Strawberry Banke, boasted a comfortable king-sized bed and an abundance of natural light. The bathroom, although quirky, was clean and well-maintained. The owners, Steve and Joan, provided exceptional service and gave helpful suggestions for local attractions and dining options. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast that awaited us each morning, a true culinary delight.
The only minor issue we encountered was a brief wait for hot water in the shower, understandable given the age of the property.

Good breakfast spread and convenient location. The breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. Also, the location was central and we were able to explore the surrounding areas with ease. The parking was convenient and it was nice to have complementary bottled water and snacks. However, for the price paid, we expected more from the overall experience.
Not worth the money, disappointing rooms. The price was not worth it, we were expecting more in terms of accommodation, but the rooms were not as cozy as we expected.
